It's important to be heard wherever you are working in this field, no matter where in the world you are. It's also important to listen and find solutions to the challenges faced by different groups and scientists living in different regions.

I am a member of the Steering Committee as I strongly believe that supporting women in Brain Sciences can help the overall advancement of neuroscience and build the foundation of a more diverse and equal society.

I first heard about Alba by a colleague and friend from my University. I became interested and researched about the Mission and goals of this community. I feel that this kind of network is really important in all areas, and I would like to join and be part of this community helping as much as I can to disseminate its valuble principles.
