The Network

ALBA represents a global diverse network of individual neuroscientists who are involved in research, education, communication and advocacy, and are committed to supporting and advocating for actions and policies that foster diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in brain sciences across the globe. We currently have 1890 individual members from 91 countries.

I joined ALBA because :
Science, as the rest of the world, is still sadly marked by discrimination against all sort of minorities. Presently, europe faces a serious risk of retrocession in basic rights, as hate speeches gain voice, war invades our lives, and anti-science movements return, supported by scientific illiteracy, fake news and a culture of immediatism. Joining ALBA is a way of fighting back.
