I joined ALBA because :
People with invisible disabilities can face clear disadvantages when working in science. The lack of a stable work environment, long working hours and difficulties with travel and career mobility can be difficult to reconcile with the academic career track. I hope my voice could be helpful to the ALBA network.

I joined ALBA because :
I grew up in a cosmopolitan environment. I have been in three different cities for my education in India. After completing my PhD in India, I moved to Dallas for postdoctoral research. I always believed that inclusion and diversity is essential; it helps us gather diverse idea, gives varied point of view and makes us more accommodative to others. I support the mission of ALBA in creating equality and diversity and would be happy to support and network with the fellow members.
