Mentoring circles are meant to create safe spaces to engage with and nurture vibrant communities of young neuroscientists through organised thematic discussions on career advancement, leadership skills, and building of international networks. They are usually organised as DEI sessions at major international neuroscience conferences, together with collaborating partners that are aligned with ALBA's mission. Sessions include 1-2 brief presentations followed by topic-focused mentoring circle tables, facilitated by ALBA mentors.
