The goal of this report was to determine whether underrepresented faculty, women, and minorities (URM) - in the natural sciences, humanities and social sciences - are being treated equally on a number of dimensions, such as salary, workload, and leadership, as well as whether the climate they experience is the same as their colleagues and conducive to their success.
